Bought this old girl out of a barn in southern Michigan last month. I knew she’d need the Gilardoni treatment and the fuel system gone through. I had a lot of questions answered by good folks here on Wildguzzi. Thanks for the help! Well, yesterday was the day to try her out. She fired right up and after a few adjustments I took her around the block. She ran great. This morning I finished cleaning her up, double checked all my work and mounted the Buffalo faring. I enjoyed a nice 70 mile ride. I had never rode behind a faring before and have to admit, at 58 degrees I stayed quite comfortable. All in all Im very pleased with the Ambo. It’s only my forth Guzzi but might end up being the best.

Believe those are DB bags. Didn't think I'd remember that, did you Chuck Peterson?
He had them on his convert.

Those are Harley bags of an early 70s Superglide. A friend gave them to me and I mounted them to the bike when I owned it :)

As Tony stated, original leg shields I modified to fit with police floorboards.

Thanks Sam. I need to get into the city and pick up that jacket. Got busy putting the Ambo back together.

Yes, expanded the picture and I see there are no lights on the back end.
