Those are both great videos.
The second one is by "The Flying Doctor," Dr. John Hinds, entertaining and inspiring as he describes his medical team's high-speed motorcycle-based responses to accidents during Irish road races, which are held on real roads. He was later killed during one of his response missions when he ran his motorcycle into a stone wall at very high speed.

I'll have to spend a little more time on it, but here is a good stab at it (I speak Italian) - some of it I just couldn't quite make out. I only did up to the first main hook (which is what MOTO was asking)
Moto Guzzi, Una Storia Italiana > (Moto Guzzi, an Italian Story)
Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha > (same)
Nella vita per essere contenti > (In life, to be happy)
Non basta avere solo donne e soldi > (it's not enough to have just women and money)

....> (can't quite understant this verse here)
... motore che canta senza rumore > (same here. but it's "engine that sings without the noise" I think)
