Title: 1970, a great year for toys
Post by: T4halo on May 12, 2019, 12:51:33 PM
After a couple hundred miles on the Ambassador yesterday I pulled the old CJ5 out today to hit a few back roads. I wasnt looking for vehicles from 1970 but somehow they found me. Both original paint and running well.

Any other fans of the early 70’s vehicles?

I love stuff from the 70s. You have a couple of jewels there!    :thumb:

Any time Sam. You need to get some of this old Coleman stuff out of here.

At my previous job, my co-workers called me "That '70s Guy".  My daily driver was a crusty '70 Mercedes 220D and at the time my only motorcycle was the '69 Ambo.

70 el Camino stuffed back in there. Old picture before I re-installed a vinyl top and the correct period wheels.

In the previous century I've owned a '72 Eldo and a '71 F250 - I'd still have 'em if I owned a barn
