Title: IL Rally , another success!

This weekend, 17-19.  Always a fun rally.   If you have never been to a rally this is great one to give you the feel of a Guzzi rally.   Weather looks close to ideal, your not getting any younger, do it while you still can.

If you’re unable to make it, post your name and we’ll tip a beer back in your honor.

Just tip a shot, then ride down to Gulfsport for a show. Talked to Giuseppe today, he's getting ready.

Won't be able to make it. I'm taking Dorcia on a long postponed Frank Lloyd Wright trip in Chicago for her birthday. They have the temerity to always hold it on the Illi noise rally weekend. <shrug>

Mary and I and maybe Kip will be going over Thursday. Get up Friday and go to the Oar House for breakfast.

Not going to make it. Glad I got a ride in last week to the Cedar Vale rally.

Kevin, you'd have them, but I couldn't go this year. You can make one for yourself though. Just get a big box fan, point it into the shower, turn both on, and stand in there in your slicker holding a beer..  :grin:

Sorry for I have sinned I didn’t take any pictures.   I meant to but things kept getting in the way, like rain, beer, rain, beer.  It rained or threaten the rain 2/3 to 3/4 of the rally.   Attendance was low certainly in large part due to the weather,  106 adults and 9 kids.    But that didn’t stop the good times but Illinois rally crew did another fabulous job.  Much fun and many of the worlds problems were diagnosed and map forward as to how to fix them was devised, unfortunately I’m pretty sure no one will be able to recall how it was supposed to be done!

The rally crew told me that Tink wants to have at least 2 more rallies. He wants to have one on the 100 anniversary of the Guzzi brand. Just remember us old farts are running out of next years.
