Just picked (well it was delivered) to me a few weeks ago from MS to TN for a total of $1500.00. I had to make room in the garage as now there are 5 bikes of which 4 are Guzzi's.
Since picking her up I have done the following:
replaced f & r tires
all fluid and filter changes
adjust valves
replace spark plugs
sync throttle bodies
replace fuel level sensor
replace hand grips
replace tail light wire harness
replace upper portion of tail light assembly
replace rectangle mirrors with round pair
replace or fix signal lights
recent install (since photo was taken) Corbin saddle that came with purchase
Next in line is to replace head light ears and install OEM sport windshield
I have put right at 750 miles since getting the bike and been enjoying....!

I would carve a pit of headlight brackets from 1/8' aluminium a coping saw makes short work of that.

I bought a 75th Ann Cali 1100 from a guy in Lynchburg, TN about 2 years ago (maybe not far from you); real knowledgeable guy about MG and motorcycles in general. If you need some help/tips/assistance on your Cali 1100, he might be a good local source....if you're interested in his name/contact number, PM me for info.
