I don't know the bike or the owner and it's a long ways from me, but for the rabid guzzi collector, this is definitely different.

Message sent to seller... damn you  I hope it’s already sold, where the heck would I put it???

Believe it or not some of them even came with PTO / hydraulic pump and load-bed dumping! 500cc baloney slicer (exposed flywheel) I think.

This rig was for sale last summer also. I live not far away, and it's a stone's throw from my wife's workplace.
If you need someone to put eyes on it, I can.
Careful though. Last time I went to "just look" at a Guzzi, I bought it.

I call d this morning and spoke to seller’s wife. I have resisted calling back in hopes some one steps up or else I call back tomorrow night and will probably buy the damn thing and kick myself for doing so. I have nowhere to store it but what the heck worry about that after if I buy it I have a disease!! I Amy need to take you up on your offer to look at it
Thanks
Jim

I may be incorrect here, but at least some models of the Ecole would allow the entire arse end chassis to be quickly & (I'm told, & with the requisite parts) relatively easily unbolted for interchangability between 2 & 3-wheeler modes.

I was trying figure out what the box and lever assembly was on the right side, thought it may be some type of hand shifter,,, but it would probably be the dump mechanism you're describing, interesting for sure.

Hey Jim, Storing it would definitely take up some space, although you could store other small bikes in the bed ;~)
Shipping it home across the country, would cost a good chunk of coin I imagine.
You could always do a fly & ride; pay for your gas working the the fields and crops across the country on your way home,,, I'm thinking date of return home, spring of 2021? lol.
Revenge is sweet, lol; a few years ago, I went to look at a beat up old G5, made what I thought was a reasonable offer at the time $800. I think I may have insulted the seller, he dug his heels in, telling me a guy in BC wanted it, I had to up my original offer X 3.5 to make sure it ended up in my garage instead of yours.
At today's construction rates, I'm sure you could get a garage addition built to house that little sweetheart for well under $100K,,, just think of the carnage your disease could engage in with all that extra storage space,,, the sky's the limit, lol
All kidding aside, it does look mint from a distance, good luck with it if it works out.
