Title: 96 Cali 1100i throttle body?

How do you adjust idle on a 1996 1100 Calii TB? On the top left TB I find 2 screws. One is for high speed sync of bolth TB's and another than looks like a 'stop'. Underneath I find no air bypass screw like on my EV?

Photo of top of left throttle body....only two screws as you'll see. The vertical screw is for the high speed sync. There are NO air bypass screws underneath the throttle body like on an EV. How does one set low speed idle?
