Since nobody wanted my convert I decided to finish it properly. It is all custom made by me.Last step is to paint the fenders.I noticed that the rotors are warped .040 to .060 thou. The face on the hub is true. I made an adapter to put disc rotors on it and wonder if I screwed up when I MACHINED THE HUB,
I would have to take it apart to check the mating surface on the adapter.i wonder if the rotor s are warped. They came off a 650 atv. Hmmm

Great job so far, now you'll never sell it!

Thanks Charlie. Has any one seen a rotor warp as much as mine? It is thin but with light wear.

Good luck with your trike project, however, I hate to say that some states won't license a home built trike. Unrelated, but Beaver bought a dune buggy that she could legally ride on the road until the law was changed. Now she can only ride it around her property.

Update to my warped rotor question. It was me. I forgot how I made the conversion and the long wheel studs had to be tightened with the whee on ,or some spacers to clamp the assy. together. There was no run out when I tightened the lug nuts. My bad.
