I just realized: I'm equidistant betwixt the Vanilla Bean and Rose 32. Dumb luck strikes again. The rural road choices are far better going to Rose 32. R3~

Post by: Bud on October 20, 2019, 04:57:12 PM: I was really looking forward to going up but when I went out to check my tires this morning I had a puddle of oil under the bike. :sad: I figured the bolts that hold the sump must have loosened again but it turns out the oil filter was loose. By the time I diagnosed and confirmed the filter was okay it was too late to go with rain coming and all.
It sounds like it was a great time a usual so I guess there is always next year. :grin:

Good fun to look at the photo posters and see yourself with hair...did a quick blast there, then wiggled my way home. A safe trip is a perfect trip!
