Just looking I saw160 ranch land forsale around Cedar Vale Ka. @ only $2000.00 per ac. With cattel & grain prices down should get it somewhere south of $1500 per ac. Then can watch house to fall down be close to the rallie.Rudy

Maybe a bit high but not by much if fencing, etc. all good. Talking some of the best range land in the world.

That many acres of Hemp, growing that close to Cedar Vale,,, I'll be able to read the smoke signals from the next PowWow from here north of the 49th :thumb:
