Unbelievable. I'm not finding any even semi local source for molex pins for the G5. Normally, I'd grumble about having to go to Fry's in Indy, but they don't have any. I need .093s, and all I have (from Radio Shack, also out of business) are .062s. I can get a reel of 15000 from a local industrial supplier, but I might not need that many.
Yeah, I see I can get a pack of 100 from Mcmaster carr for approximately 20 bux (!) but I only need a few.

I hate to bother him for a nickle and dime thing like this.. Yeah, he was the first guy I thought of. Just thought maybe someone would know of a hardware or electronics chain that would have them. The last time I was in Fry's, it looked like they were going out of business. Most of this kind of stuff was gone.

All good above suggestions...
I have also been very lucky with asking Molex for samples when I needed a few. They have sent me 50 of one pin for no cost in the past.

Thanks for that. (!) I appreciate it, but I'll just order them from Amazon. They have actual Molex parts, shipped free. (Prime)
I was just looking for somewhere I could go *today* and get a few. As it is, I managed to get the two pins that were a problem out, "carefully" repaired them, put a drop of solder on the wire where the OP had boogered up the crimps and reassembled. Some day  I'll replace these two connectors in the headlight completely as I go through the electrical system.

Any Harley-Davidson dealer *should* stock them. That's where I get mine.

I carried a box of those around for years when I was a embroidery machine tech. I used to cuss them when the box came open inside my tool box when tossed by baggage handlers Hmmmm I wonder if they're in a tool box somewhere???? Probably mixed in with some hook assembly parts, bobbin case parts, thread tension springs and some old 75-11 BP needles.
