Title: Mystery wire under seat Stelvio
Post by: TR4driver on December 05, 2019, 07:08:44 PM
Greetings all,   Just going over a recent purchase and i am curious if anyone knows what this wire is for?
It connects to wiring harness at tail light. Looks a bit like an older keyboard pc port.

It's for a GPS, looks just like another riders find under his gas tank. I never saw that type before. I am used to the Stock TomTom set-up.

I think Steve is referring to item (15), you could check it for sure by checking it for power with the key On, it should turn Off with the key and also if you remove fuse No 1

Is it long enough to reach the bars if it is re-routed or does it need another extension cable?
NB I don't own a Stelvio, I just looked it up on the schematic.
