First of all, why is Connecticut so dang hard to spell? :cheesy:
Second, I received the following email from a lady named Gina, at ginagallo@bristolk12.org
Hello Moto Guzzi Club Members!
My name is Gina Gallo and I am an Italian teacher in Bristol Connecticut. I ran into members of your Connecticut Club last year at the Whistle Stop Cafe and I would love to connect with them in some way. We are hosting a "Made in Italy" event on April 22 from 6-9 at Bristol Central High School and we are looking to showcase all things Italian. I know this is a long shot but I wanted to see if any Moto Guzzi members might be interested in showing off their bikes (high school kids would find this AWESOME!). Please feel free to share this with anyone who might be interested! Grazie, GINA
If I lived in Connecticut, I'd make this. I'm a sucker for kids. Anyhow, I thought it'd be cool pass this on.

Very cool and that's my home town [home of ESPN for those in the know]! However after moving to Colorado two years ago I don't think I'll be able to make the trip.

I'm in the area, and I'd love to go if I could remember the event that far away (date-wise). Doesn't matter if/where I write it down, I'll forget without a reminder.

Is this the town where the kids are sharp as a pistol when they do the Bristol Stomp?

Thank you for the heads up and connection to Gina Gallo.

The Bristol Stomp refers to a suburb of Philadelphia.
Most people recognize this spelling of CT. Try not to tangle w/MA.
aka: Massachusetts. It's not worth the effort.
There are many of US on this list, plus our New England forum. The CT/RI group is headed by Steve Rossi, Randy Tefft, NH, Tom Halchuk, MA, Galen Burke, ME, Richard Todd, VT, most recognized by the cognicenti, nationwide. We enjoy a good turn out for local events. Some even come up from NJ & NY.
I'll respond to Ms Gallo. I'm certain Steve Rossi will as well. R3~

As far as spelling- just remember it's the contradictory state: Connect-I Cut. Simple.
