Then maybe you'd like the Funky Butt Brass Band- right in your neighborhood, too.

Driving home one evening returning from spending time with my son on a Wed. night I dropped by Rockefellars in Houston to stand on the sidewalk outside and listen to TOP for a little while. I had no ticket and had no money. A fellow approached me to sell a ticket, I explained I had no cash, he finally just gave me the ticket. Front row, center balcony, in a small venue, never forget it. I love those guys. And the nice guy that gave me that ticket.

Starting to go a little stir crazy here.
How about people post some favorite music clips from YouTube?
I just saw this. Louis Shelton was one of the session guitarists in the infamous Wrecking Crew (along with the late great Glen Campbell).
This guy has laid down tracks on thousands of songs. Many of the classic guitar riffs you grew up with were his. If you want to see tone, melody, and clean playing- check this out:

This is a hoot, Bob Dylan fans on stage shaking his hand and kissing him while playing.

I had reserve seats at a very small venue in Joplin, Mo. to see this guy TONIGHT, but alas, I was disappointed by a virus  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fs9lUZbwVRw

Of course, and that's the only comment that had anything to do with saxophones. Dylan? Santana? Brass? Benetar? Wrecking Crew?
Let me help you.

This on point about saxophones. The U.S. Army band checking out different saxophones. Interesting.

Though I am partial to the tenor and strongly biased against the alto, I can listen to Paul Desmond all day.

Dave Brubeck's "Take five" with a different vid. You'll enjoy it. I use it in my bad Teamwork section of the Job Readiness Training workshop that I conduct.

I was at the Ontario rally in Lavigne a few years ago and Guy (proprietor of the Lavigne Tavern) had the 51st Street Blues Band from Toronto playing. They had this oriental fellow that could blow sax. He was all over the bar - tabletop - walking the bar - rolling on the floor - all the while blowing sax so hot it was smokin'. Wottanite!!!!!
