Title: Always good to get that first ride in!!

After a winter of working on it, it was great to get the bike out!!  With new tires, adjusted head bearings, and a short raise of the fork tubes in the triples, I gotta say the old girl handles amazing!!  Its a 02 California stone, and the handling has always been a little ponderous. Fun ride now, and I love it!!  Ahhhh...  love the start of the season.

Nothing like new tires to set a man up and make him feel like his motorcycle is "Right" .... !   A very underrated pleasure.

Oh ya!!  Add to that tighting the head bearings up, made a HUGE difference!!
