Hello everybody - and a sad goodbye...
I sold my 2007 Norge to an international sky pilot who lives near me. It is/was listed here:

Sorry she is gone but at least my beauty was not sold into the profane hands of the breakers.
Previously I had a 2004 Breva 750 - totally delightful. This "Big Block" Norge, not so much for an 80-year-old geezer such as Moi.
Before moving on, I bequeath to all of you these two on-line compilations of service Tips & Tricks:

Be well and prosper !

That's a ton of great info!
Are you going to get a smaller Guzzi? Like maybe a V50 iii?

Seriously, stay and enjoy the company. You have Moto Guzzi in your heart even if your garage doesn't.

Don't go away, Dan. Keep in touch.

Stay in touch, Dan, we all appreciate your input here!

I just reread your ad for the Norge and saw you were considering a scooter. Make sure it's big enough to haul you up to Ouray next year!
-
Dan,
Stick around and keep us posted on your next adventure. Sorry the Norge didn't work out for you but hope you find something with 2 wheels you can enjoy. As you know, the V7s are pretty light and easy to handle.

You've got about the coolest handle "Motogeezer" hang on to that and don't be a stranger here.

Geezer, It's been a pleasure reading your posts. Good luck, and come back around whenever you get the urge.

That would go for me as well.
As the owner of a 2003 Breva, I am surprised you sold it!
As Guzzi Gal said, you have Guzzi in your heart. I personally could not envisage going without some sort of motorcycle interest; 57 years and counting and still love them.

Dan, stick around and keep up with what’s going on. There are a lot of interesting subjects on many different subjects and life’s issues. If you haven’t responded to the “what do we look like” post, at least send us a picture of you and your Norge for our photo library.
Maybe check out the smaller Guzzi models, they are some really good looking bikes.
Best of luck!

Very best wishes to you, MotoGeezer.
We're in the same decade. I test drove a Norge when they were first available - still want one. But even back then they were too top heavy.
I'm impressed by you hanging with the big busses 'til now.
Good fortune, R3~

Yes, hang around. You've been a good poster. :thumb: I, too, decide the Norge was just too top heavy (for me) several years ago. Fantastic machine, but I just knew it was only a matter of time before I was looking it laying on the ground.

No need to run off.

Whole lotta people get rid of their last Guzzi but don't disappear from the Board. Lots of things to talk about (past rides, tips you remember, motorcycling stuff) that aren't Guzzi-specific.
Stick around!
