When it comes to Guzzis I admit I have been over served, but there is one Guzzi I have wanted for a long time. Maybe I will try to find one. A T3 California has been working on me for a long time. There is something about this bike (that some might call homely) that I really like. The search is on!

That 850-T3 a nice one...and a classic Guzzi indeed! :thumb:
I guess if I were to pick, my "Secret Guzzi Lust" would be an excellent original or nicely restored period V7 Sport or 1000S :thumb:

Are you looking for a complete one like the picture? Or are you after a good used one that can be restored to condition like the picture? You want to work on it or ride it? I know of a good one in the latter category.

Patrick, I am looking for a restoration project. Not too rough of one hopefully! I am all ears. PM sent.

I always wanted one as well. Had a Cal II but never ran across a T3 version.

I often miss the MG 125 ISDT I had that didn't make it through Divorce #2. It was a project, but not horrible with all sheet metal intact and decent condition. Had no idea where I would find 32 spoke rims to replaced the badly rusted originals. Had no idea they were as rare as they apparently are.
Sold it to a guy from the Memphis area iirc that already had 1-2 of them.
Never understood why that model had knockouts in the fork shrouds for clip-ons unless they were intended for swan necks?

T and T-3 series definitely at the top of my list favorites. I especially like the brown color ones with the gold stripes on the fuel tank

I wish my Nevada looked just like that, but Nevada-sized. Why in the world do all the current bikes have blacked out engines? I can't get worked up over a blacked out engine. It just ain't right.
