Title: Norge Hose hanging - near air intake
Post by: badrday on May 27, 2020, 10:01:26 AM
Hi,

I was installing a new air filter on a Norge 2013 (Canada)... and I found this hose hanging.

What's is purpose? Should it be plugged somewhere?

Thanks!

That may be the breather hose for the transmission, if so then it just sits up there not connected to anything.
See if you can trace it back.

Trans breather hose, goes down next to airbox & frame through an open space.

Oops! I've just checked again on the service manual, and this loose hose was there:

Strange, is not plugged in any thing.

It's just looped there out of the way, it does not connect to anything on top, it gives the trans some air, a breather.
