if they only make it. I have read that the 500cc line is being discontinued, so maybe.

Retro-bobber?

I'd read they 'might' be designing a 650 twin version of the Himalayan. That might be an interesting bike, if it happens.

If it loses the tractor like pull of the Himalayan I will not be interested in it. It would be good for the "street" adventure riders.

Not a bobber. The fenders are not Bobbed.
Here is the Classic 500 it is styled after.

My friend owns a Bullet and swears they’re going to make a 650 twin Classic. I’m heavily doubting this—I wish a 650 twin would fit in that frame, but methinks the chassis wouldn’t bear it. That means it either stays in the current 650 frame and they simply due another Interceptor/Continental variant, losing any old school thumper feel along with no solo saddle, or a new frame would be made/modified. In wit heR case I don’t see the “Classic” moniker being utilized, because there would hardly be anything Classic about a new parallel twin in a new frame. Maybe if they just stick that ol’ headlight bucket on and leave some of the bolts loose so you have to stop along the highway to tighten things up, they’ll retain enough pseudo-cred to using the name.

I agree, finally a Bullet worth buying but unfortunately they are sold out of the Trials edition everywhere I have checked and this is supposed to be the last year for the 500. Hopefully they will reconsider.

I want one, but my local dealer will only order it prepaid, and I need a test ride first. I let my 1975 trials bike go and this this would fill that void but be street legal.

Wow. That model just came out. I guess someone learned the hard way. Probably no test rides available.

Bought my '93 Honda XR250L in '09 for $600. Rode it, dropped it, had fun with it. Changed the oil. Sold it in '12 for $1100. Guy got tired of kick starting it and got $1200 trade in value on a new electric start 250cc dual sport.
Of course, if I still had every bike I have ever owned, all but the ones from 6 years ago until now could be sold for as much if not more than what I paid for them, mostly due to the costs of bikes today.
