Cadre Cycle has a good collection, including the V7III:

Thisoldtractor.com has some as well. There's also some in the Files section on Moto-Guzzi-750@groups.io, but mostly the earlier modern smallblocks.

jas67 -- mostly I like paper so I bought these engine/chassis/parts manuals:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/254618937148?ViewItem=&vxp=mtr&item=254618937148
https://www.ebay.com/itm/264755727883?ViewItem=&vxp=mtr&item=264755727883
https://www.ebay.com/itm/264755727894?ViewItem=&vxp=mtr&item=264755727894

I believe it's a print-on-demand service.

I haven't looked yet but if you find a electronic version of the schematics please post the link.

Thanks for the link.  It's a scanned image of the paper manual.  Pixelates just when it's getting interesting.  I found the high-resolution version I needed at AF1 https://www.af1racing.com/store/Scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=88863&sku=DL-2Q000297WD-Stone&description=OEM+Aprilia+Wiring+Diagram+Moto+Guzzi+V7+III

I stumbled onto this thread and recalled seeing a wiring diagram when I was searching for a manual to research V7 III specifications. The following one takes a few seconds to load, but is quite sharp even at 200%:
