Title: NGC. Vera Lynn dies at 103

Whether you might actually be old enough to be a contemporary fan or (like me) know her as an icon via Pink Floyd The Wall, she has passed away at 103.

Back in the day I used to haul freight in a C-47 named Vera Lynn. The plane was owned by a brit. He was a youngster during the blitz.
