Nice!
I am thinking of installing one, too, along with a replacement silencer.

Are you running the stock map ?
I have resisted tampering with the intake or exhaust on my Norge because its running great with a Beetle map as is.... Although mine does have an Agostini muffler put on by the previous owner.

Very nice :thumb:

Question:
Is the catalytic converter in the part you removed or in the muffler?

Nice job . I noticed the safety wire on the drain plug and thought to myself , I can feel the slicing from that end sticking out . Peter

I'm running sprint air filter and a Agostini exhaust it runs fine with the stock map and even better with the booster plug

Yes safety wire can hurt and also give you a flat tire .....

I was at race track in the pits and someone didn't pick up after safety wiring their bike and it found its way into my tire
