What was MG thinking with those orange rocker covers? They probably call it red but the anodized color completely clashes with the other red of the bike.. first thing I would do is get the grey colored covers.
Pretty fair price for what you get even with the tip over damage and mileage.

Is that factory paint? looks like some kind of urban camo.

If I recall correctly, valve covers and pork chops are painted items not anodized.

I was the original owner of that bike.

"The seller dropped this bike “on a friend’s gravel driveway,” which resulted in a scratch on the tip of the right hand brake lever, a scrape on the upper outside edge of the right fairing, a small dent on the right exhaust muffler below the passenger peg, and a scratch on right side valve cover. It also needs a replacement exhaust hanger on the right side."

If he means me, this is not true.

When I foolishly sold him the bike, there was nothing wrong with the bike. Those Ti mufflers dent from just looking at them so keep that in mind if you are concerned.  I never had a problem with that bike, in fact it was the best shifting Guzzi I have ever owned. Rich Maund re-covered that seat if my memory is correct, it did have a Power Commander and the speedometer was fixed by Greg Field after it died like a lot of those clocks.  The paint job is not a paint job, but a set of decals and that small bubble was there when I sold him the bike 8 years ago. I would just drain the tank over the winter and start using non-ethanol come summer time.  Unless he has fixed it, the cross-over leaks as was typical, even though I installed the MPH bushings.

And I only sold the bike because I had acquired a Daytona RS.

Here is the bike when I owned it:
