Looks GREAT! Good luck with the assembly...and please post a photo of the completed bike! :thumb:

Use LOTS of blue tape to protect surfaces on reassembly.....scra tches happen.

Cool
Just take it easy and go slow, no special skills needed and plenty of advice here if you need (but not from a sausage fingered clutz like me). Canuck knows his onions
As far as the Mechanical side my best advice is a camera or phone and as you take it all apart take loads of pictures, even the simple stuff you think you'd never need. Other than that tag, bag and label everything leaving bolts in the parts if you can (so as you know what they're used for.
Electrics, you doing the rewire yourself or purchasing a loom? If doing yourself, get the diagram done first, size the wire, put the electrical components on, lay the wire and group/make the loom, then terminations, in that order.
Not trying to "teach my granny" but I wish somebody had told me these obvious things when I did my first build
Looks beautiful I'll watch with interest, besides you'll do a better job than me (but that's not saying much)

That paint looks great!
Why the extra sidecover?
-
who hasn't lost a side cover?? no extra charge from my painter anyway

I thought maybe someone mounted a sidecar on it at some time, thus the cut out on the extra sidecover.
