one of like two situations where a rear car tire makes sense, and they have a moto tire on it

That is a sick rig, love it!

Reverse? How’s reverse accomplished?

There is a separate reverse gearbox aft of the Guzzi transmission. Shown in the photos.

I know that Rodekyll's trike was powered at first by a Jackal motor , and then later by a 1200 Sport motor instead of a Vert motor , but the 'Vert transmission might be problematic pulling the extra weight of this trike .

This Aero cyclecar likely weighs little more than a Convert with two people aboard plus luggage. A Triking is around 850 lbs. IIRC, this should weigh about the same.

The Convert transmission wasn't the issue with Rodekyll's trike, since he didn't have one - just the torque converter. His trike had a lot more hp and weighed considerably more, both of which lead to the demise of several torque converters.
