I love that “My City Was Gone” about Akron Ohio.

Saw them in Austin in the '80s at the Civic Auditorium.  I wish I could still fit in the t-shirt.  Great band.  Lots of energy. 

Not sure why OP says new, since this is 10 years old. 

BTW- Chrissy was married to Ray Davies.

Seen the band a few times, last was in Nashville a few years ago and they put on a great performance but whatever you do, do NOT pull out your phone and snap some pictures because she will lose her mind, stop the show and read the user the riot act. Plenty of notices before entering the show about not taking photos.

Longtime fan. We saw them last August 2024. Chrissie Hynde has not missed a step. Like Blackcat said, leave your phone in your pocket. She get's really pissed off and doesn't hold back.

She's right, it's f'n bad manners to start filming at any show with your phone.
