I'm looking for the following dimensions from the LM2 headlight assembly please:
Diameter of the hole for the main bulb.
Depth of space between the main bulb mounting flange and the rear of the lens.
Hoping someone can help me out, thanks.

the le mans 2 has a internal screen inside the reflector, the dept from the flange to the screen ( not to the lens) is about 6,5 cm
the screen is 4 cm from the lens
the socket is a standar P45T , finding measurements online should be easy.

Thanks for the help huub.
I've found an led replacement for the H4, same size and road legal.
I'll need a P45 to P43 adaptor.
6-6.5K colour and 2300 lumen for low and high beam.
Giving the alternator a rest at 20W is the main aim, bonus is it'll be brighter than the halogen for day time riding.

And, you may already know this, but, the old FIAT 127/127 headlights would replace the single one you have now on your bike:

Thx for replacement heads up.
Lol Charlie, that's where I bought the led and adaptor from.

Why not buy a p45t led bulb?
They are widely available.
I run one in my 750 ntx

I did buy a P45T bulb. I needed the P43T adaptor so it'd fit my headlight.
I see you said the standard fit was P45T on the headlight but looking at mine on the bike, it didn't look like one.
I ended up taking it out, damn fiddly with the fairing still on, and confirmed mine was a P43T fitment.
