"It's a twelve gauge double barreled Remington, S-Mart's top-of-the-line. You can find this in the sporting goods department. That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Retails for about $109.95. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel and a hair trigger. That's right. Shop Smart. Shop S-Mart. "

The Outlaw Josey Wales is one of my all time favorites. If you want to watch your first () Clint Eastwood movie and you like westerns, Wales would be an excellent choice. Lots of great lines in it. One of my favorites is "Endeavor to persevere." The entire Chief Dan George monologue is great.

Here's one that's not from a Clint Eastwood movie

"Running's not a plan. Running's what you do once a plan fails."

I guessed at this one.  It was interesting to see that S King liked the movie.

I'll do one.  From the movie with perhaps the best written dialogue of all time.

Tom Reagan : So what's the deal, you get to live and Verna has to be Leo's girl?
Bernie : I have nothing to do with that, she'll sleep with anyone Tom, you know that! She even tried to teach me a thing or two about bed antics once. Some crackpot idea about saving me from my friends. She's a sick twist all right.
Tom Reagan : She speaks highly of you.
Bernie : Yeah, well, you stick by your family.

All right, all right...all right!

Relax, all right? My old man is a television repairman, he's got this ultimate set of tools. I can fix it.

I kilt the bear the kilt me

You cook good rabbit, pilrrim.

I am Bearclaw Chris Lapp, blood kin to the grizzer that bit Jim Bridger’s ass. You are molesting my hunt.

Aw, man. I shot Marvin in the face.

There's a passage that I got memorized, seems appropiate for this situation: Ezekiel 25,17. "The path of the righteous man is beset of all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil me. Blessed is he who, in the name of the charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

“Sure feels like beer o’clock.”

"We ain't stealing from you. We're stealing from the bank."

bonus bonus

"I've been poor my whole life, like a disease passing from generation to generation. But not my boys, not anymore."

THIS IS A TRUE STORY.
The events depicted in this film
took place in Minnesota in 1987.
At the request of the survivors,
the names have been changed.
Out of respect for the dead,
the rest has been told exactly
as it occurred.

several hints here.  One of the best movies but overshadowed by something else (not nearly as good)

"Oh, Frank, my lips are hot! Oh, kiss my hot lips!"

bonus

"Frank, were you on this religious kick at home, or did you crack up over here?"

"It's a good thing you have a nice body, nurse, otherwise they'd get rid of you quick."

How about "...a man could have himself a pretty good time in Vegas with all this stuff."

Or ".. You've never worked in the private sector. It's tough, they expect results."

and of course "Never bet against a Sicilian when death is on the line!"

LowRyter: "Oh, Frank, my lips are hot! Oh, kiss my hot lips!" Gotta be MASH the movie when Frank was Robert Duvall.

 Guess this:
" There is an endless supply of White Men. But there always has been a limited number of Human Beings. "

MASH was a great movie, it was also a TV show but that doesn't mean it wasn't a great movie.  Ground breaking movie, also a watered down tv show.

Don't know your quote.  (OK, I cheated, one of the best movies of the era.  Ask old Lodge Skins)

I’m sure that Frank Capra had something to do with that line in the movie.
