Anyone using LEDs in their Wixom bags? I have been using the GE-55 incandescent bulbs, but they don't seem to be lasting very long.

I never tried LEDs when I had Wixoms, but these should work:

But, they might not last long either if vibration is what's killing the incandescent bulbs.

Excellent, I'll give them a try, ty!

I replaced the stock light assy. with these style LED. Brake and tail are easy setup. Bright enough for extra lighting. Search for a USA seller for quicker delivery time.

BTW: they also fit on the HB trunk on my EVT in place of the standard reflector.

They'll probably work great and last longer than the incandescent bulbs. My experience with miniature bayonet incandescent bulbs like this is mostly in pinball machines, and they don't last long there either. Make sure to match the color of the LED to the color of the lens. A "White" LED behind a red lens will not work well because of the discontinuous spectrum of the LED. A red LED will work behind a red lens with surprisingly little loss of brightness, likewise for amber.

I think your lamp has a BA9s socket
https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/vehicle-bulb-sockets-adapters/ba9s-bayonet-base-socket-wired/5380/12109/
I think you would find this one brighter than the original incandescent

As others have mentioned make sure you match the LED colour to the lens that covers it.
Superbrightleds.com also have a motorcycle section that goes by Year, make, model
If you have an EV or other VII with the "T" shaped dash I highly recommend the miniature wedge base lamps but without lamp holders, they fit perfectly in the lamp shroud with JB Weld for a permanent fix.
