I haven't purchased from CG before but just saw that they opened a store in the Twin Cities.
Will have to check them out sometime.
For those local, they are in Southdale Mall.

I've visited their stores in many states when traveling. Southdale will be one of the nicest locations they have.
I'm kinda surprised they chose a state where motorcycles are in storage (for most owners) 6 months out of the year.

The crew (both male and female) at my local store in Lomita, California have been very helpful and their price is the same as most online stores.
The CG brand (Bilt) products' quality are okay for the price, but don't expect much.
A few weeks ago, I went in and asked to purchase a tire valve stem, the Manager just gave it to me free of charge. Also, bought a Stockton brake bleeder vacuum pump kit a few years ago, it was an old-stock, so the rubber nipples for the bleeder valves were hardened and did not fit right. The pump broke the 2nd time I used it, took it back and the Manager replaced it with a new set.

We've had one here in Madison, Wisconsin, for years. They must be working their way toward the North Pole step by step.

They merged with Revzilla, and have access to the inventory in addition to their house lines of gear. Nice helmet policy, and will mount tires you buy from them.
