Title: What trailer hitch is this ?

I got this hitch in a big box of stuff with a Cali V11 EV.  The previous owner said that he thought that it fit that EV, but he didn't know for sure - as it was given to him when he bought the bike, and there it sat.

There are no markings anywhere.

Measured inside the rear loop.

Looks like my Harpers EV trailer hitch.

The only obvious difference is that mine has a hole on each side of the ball for the safety chains.

That's the Harper's hitch. I've got one on my 01 EV.
