Gorgeous bike. I dig the clock and thermometer.
Anyone know who makes them?

Not sure if this is same brand, but there are some others around on the internet. I think there is a better brand than these?

Interesting - quite a selection - Thanks!

Does anyone know about this bike or its owner?

I hope someone gets this...fast. I've always wanted one of these and it's setup exactly the way I would set it up, minus a radar detector :copcar:

It's a good fit for your height. Throw some soft luggage on it and you can go sport touring. Take the tail pack & side-bags off to retain the look and run a tank bag for the local runs. :thumb:

It has the MontraTech (?) relocated foot controls, which I also have on mine. Allows for longer rides with less fatigue.

What are the endearing idiosynchrasies of this model, if any?

I'm not a v11 expert but I think peeling engine paint and something about the clutch?

The V11 Sports (same bike w/o body work) had vapor lock problems with the fuel pumps located in the space between the cylinders. Relocate fuel pump so it gets more air flow. When the front tire gets worn the steering gets "truck like".
The best looking to are the Rosso Corsa and/or the Nero Corsa. The come with Ohlin suspensions. :thumb:

I have this exact same model, with same paint job.
Yes, crankcase paint fell off, it was a thick fluffy coat that I think originally pioneered by HD. My dealer offered to remove the engine, and repaint under warranty, or a free leather jacket. I chose the jacket, the crankcase still looks fine in plain black that was under the fluffy crap.
My model didn't suffer from the exploding clutch, it occurred on a more premium version (Rosso Corsa perhaps? Edit: brain now functioning -it was the Scura). Not a nice thing to happen.

02 Scurra and the Rosso Mandello had the exploding aluminum flywheel.
