Its a dealer/ tuner in Parma Italy.   About an hour and half south of Milan. 
Their site has a couple of you tube videos. 

Looks like they are working on a liquid cooled bike.

I cringe a little bit at the track video, when the rider pins the throttle at about 2000 RPM coming out of a turn and the picture goes out of focus from the vibration ... REV THAT THING!

Looks like and sounds like a good riding bike!

best place to see more pics of these is unforch Instagram. They have put up a lot of videos and pics of the various ones they built. they are @guareschimoto
