looking at replacing tires on my quota 90/90/21 front and 130/80/17 rear it has pirelli scorpion trail on it right now looking to replace with scorpion trail 2 like pattern a little better (more of a street tire look ) but found out front is bias ply and rear is radial , any thoughts or suggestions . thanks

Unlike on a 4 wheel vehicle it's ok to mix bias and radials; many here have done it. :thumb:

Just adding my personal experience. I’ve never had a problem mixing radial and bias. I may actually have a mix on there now.
Edit. I just went and checked. My Quota is running a bias ply shinko 705 on front in size 110/80/19 and rear is a radial Dunlop trailsmart 130/80/17. About 2k miles on this combo and no problems at all. The trailsmarts are on closeout at chapmoto for $37 each. I bought 3 rears and one front. (Guzzi content)

Assuming they are still available, I loved the Conti trail attacks on Darth Quota. Mostly street, of course.

Shinko 705s front and rear. Heidenau K37 on side car.
