Has anyoone purchased and/or worn an Alpinestars Tech-Air 5 airbag vest?

Serioulsy thinking about ordering one, would like some real world experience feedback.

I know nothing but shouldn't it have more neck protection? Like a collar the inflates around the back of neck in a U shape to keep you from whiplash or worse?
Like I said I don't know anything about them.
