Well...
My Breva 750 starts fine cold or hot...
It idles nice on a 1100-1200rpm...
When engine is cold it pick ups revs immediately...but.. .when engine is on normal working temperature there is a just slight hesitation when I twist throttle
Other than that...everything looks OK to me
The engine has 58000km
Spark plugs...ngk...new
Tank filter ...new
Air filter...new
Exhaust...stock...b ut cut and opened...took everything out from silencers...and then welded back...
I just like the look of a stock exhaust...but now sounds a bit deeper and louder...
Where to start...?

Must be some way to check the engine changes due to exhaust modifications. Start with Beatles guzzidia program.

Best way now is finish the tune up. Clean & balance throttle bodies, auto reset throttle, auto adjust, then get a map if needed.
You'll need software, cables and a laptop.
Get a workshop manual if you don't have one already

Yup.
From the OP's description it runs fine cold (when rich) but hesitates slightly when warm (and is likely leaned out by the ECU).

The 2TB motors do benefit from a throttle body balance, but it's best if all else has been attended to. Set your multi meter to ohms & test the spark plug caps & HT wires back to the coil. Mine shows 8 somethings each side. The caps don't last forever, and if you have any green on the copper wire ends, clip them off. Check your breather hoses for perishing, ensure the water overflow spigot under the fuel tank is not blocked (it tends to accumulate corrosion there), ensure there are no leaks in the rubber manifolds. Your fast idle should be working smoothly and the throttle cables work properly (the lock nuts at the throttle body end can vibrate loose over time). Clean & Vaseline your battery terminals, the lugs & the earths to the gearbox. Do reset the tappets before the TB balance.
