I think that GSPD is one of the loveliest bikes I’ve seen in a while.  The current bid seems crazy but maybe not really.  Perfect and original.  I could halve the value with one good gravel road ride though.

Except:

1.  The original owner never really got to ride it, which would kill me, and

2.  The price of the bike invested in the S&P500 would have netted about $50,000.00

Bikes are really bad investments, but so good for the soul.
