Title: Quota turn signals not functioning

So my turn signals are not working. None of them. Wires are hooked up. Fuses are good. Could it be the round relay that controls the flashing?

Yes.  Check the connectors for corrosion and check the relay to see if that works.  A replacement can be bought anywhere.  Common car item.

You could test the circuit by switching one from a car and seeing if it works vice versa with the bike.

Just a follow up for posterity. It was the relay. Replaced with a Wagner unit from autozone and turn signals worked like a charm. Thanks again, Robert
