Hey Guzzista's
Most of you saw my post about my new V85TT dying on day 2 of ownership.
I did contact customer service and heard back from Leonardo that the matter is being looked into, stay tuned for what if anything comes from it. They did want the dealer whom I sang praises about as theyve been in business for over 70yrs and were quick in Dx and repairing it.
Stay tuned...

Hope they don't pull your dealer's franchise for providing an unacceptably high level of customer service. They have to protect their reputation ya know

Now hold on there, Piaggio Customer Service is an oxymoron.

Ill see if I can get a complimentary 2021 cent version of the V85tt or perhaps a hat....

:thumb: I can testify.

Months later, and after a thorough investigation, they did pay for my tow when Piaggio "roadside assistance" had no clue who I was when i called for help...Lol
