Title: Tars
Post by: JayDee24ca on May 06, 2021, 03:19:18 PM
I have always run 110 tires on my Converts and G5, but recently ordered a set of 120s, without thinking about it first. Duh. Am I going to have a problem fitting them on my Convert?

120 on the rear will be fine, but will be tight up front, not to mention it'll "steer like a truck". I like a 100/90 on the front.

Maybe order up a 100 or 110 for the front and keep the other 120 for the rear, usually tyres only last about 5000 miles on the rear where I am from.  DonG

If it will fit as you say, I will keep them. I am running a sidecar, so it should not have the same effect on steering as it might on a solo bike. My main concern was fit. Thanks for the info!
