Picture angle has a lot to do with how big these dogs look vs how big they really are. If you hold a Yorkie out in front of you at arms length and manipulate the camera angle the depth perception it'll look like a 100 pound dog. Fisherman do it all the time.

I think the Cane Corso was the breed the Romans used as....."WAR DOGS!"  Beautiful creature!!
