The round oil pump in the later 1100 cali vintage engines/early norge/breva engines...
part number 976134
Are there any official guidelines on assessing these for re-use, how much slop is permissable etc?
Can't find anything in the various workshop manuals
The one on my bench has come out of a Cali engine that shat the bed when the sprocket danced off the oil pump, not sure if the oil pump itself or the nut or the woodruff key was the culprit....
Replacements are shockingly expensive!

If you cant find any info on the Guzzi pump, you could look into the automotive world, like Buick 3800 etc. Basically a pump is a pump dont matter who made it or used it, I would think. DonG

It is a Breva engine. Not the block Look EV but not Hydro, keep looking it's in one of the Cali manuals, otherwise go back to early 1100's, like Sport 1100.

2000 V11 oil pump dimensions. Maybe compare to what you have.
