But this is a half decent looking piece of kit.

I like it..
Carburettors, no RBW, decent styled rear end, proper forks.
I don’t know how the drive train will handle the potential power output, but if it was red it’d be in the ball park of the “modern” Le Mans.
I can’t remember what idiot it was who suggested that years ago and was roundly lambasted...

Beautyfull,
I like everything except the location and size of the oil filter, but that is the only way to do it, I guess...

Can the sump be modified to go on backwards ?
I guess not really. All the plumbing and various oil ports and such. The sweep on the exhaust pipes is a little bit “scrapyard challenge” by comparison and the tail light looks “add on..”.
Hmmm....
V12 facelift...?

It's nice work , but is it real ?

Yeah Dusty.
I lifted the images from an article about that bloke in Austria who builds them for customers. Harking back to Pete’s words though, will the final drive train stand up to the forces that could be potentially be put through it ?

Cool .
The ability for the drivetrain to handle the power is a concern . Had a '46 Ford for a very short time in the military , one of the many project cars getting passed around as troops were assigned new duty stations . The guy before me had installed a 401 CI Buick making maybe 300 Shetlands and the first time the throttle was really applied the old Ford rearend wasn't very happy . My contribution in the few months of ownership was to upgrade the drivetrain behind the transmission , actually never drove it after . Sold it to another troop at a slight loss , turns out I'm not a car guy

Reminds me of Carol Doda, but not in a good way.

That oil filter location looks horrible, just wait for a big stone to go straight through it.

Yep.
Not good enough.

Sent most all motorcycle oil filters exposed somewhat, I know all my ole Honda’s as well as metric bikes are? The only motorcycle I know of with the filter inside the oil pan is the moto Guzzis, which is ridiculous.

Ya’ just reckon there has to be at least a partial solution Dan.

It wouldnt bother me if it it was facing down but sticking out the front just looks s**t.
