Oh, yeah - way more money than brains.
A lot of R100RTs and R80Ts were "converted" to S or CS
after their owners had minor spills and wrecked the
fairings. Much cheaper to convert it than to buy all of
the BMW parts to fix it back to original!
Sorta like the streetfighter craze......

Nah. I had a Yamaha FZ1 I bought new. Great bike yada, yada, yada, Its gone. The old BMW is still here.
