The white Valiant does it for me. The first car I got to use for kind of a daily driver. My mom had first dibs. Good dependable car, the slant six was bullet proof.

I thought that old VALIANT was cool, also! :thumb:   :boozing: It is a 1960, and the owner said he bought it from an old duffer in Snowflake, AZ Yes, it had the iconic "slant-six" motor! :thumb: :thumb:

Ours was a '60 also. First year, the slant six was the only motor available. The first few years only in 170 cu in.

Looks like a nice diverse event. I like the Ford stuff a lot. That polished 289 Cobra is great to see. Not too crazy about the polished body gimmick but I like the 289 body so much more than a 427, especially with real wire wheels like that one. The 67 GT500 with inboard lights is great too. My plain 67 Mustang was lime gold like that and I'm on my second 67 428 Ford now. Thanks for the pics.

We have a '67 Mustang "Sports Sprint", (289-V8), that belonged to my wife's grandmother. Purchased new by her in July 1967 in Dayton, Ohio. My wife rode around in this car as a little 10-year old girl... :thumb:

Very cool. Great to hear it's still in the family. Mine was also a Sports Sprint, gorgeous unrestored original one owner car that I purchased about 3 miles from here when I was 17. The only thing I changed was adding a set of original Styled Steel wheels. I/we ended up enjoying my 67 Galaxie (that I bought about 6 months later) much more.
Sold both my Mustang and Galaxie in 2000, then got another 67 Galaxie with original 428 a few years ago.
