Black Carbureted Sport 1100 on ebay is local to me. If anyone is interested I'd be more than happy to go look at it. Long weekend coming up. His BIN is too high: $7,450.00 but says he's open to offers.
Always strange when it's local and I have never seen it before...

That’s a nice example. The Sport always looks good in black.
Agree, the BIN price seems high, but these are very cool Guzzi’s.
Very few made, and these should ultimately rise in value.

He'll need the flexibility of a contortionist if he actually wants to sell it.

 Staintune!

His BIN is 50% too high, but pretty nice bike there

Good bones, especially given upgraded front disks and Staintune exhaust, but some cosmetic cleanup required and mileage a bit higher than collectors might seek. The price is too high, as others have said, but part of me really does believe this was the last real stone axe technology Guzzi sport bike… and it’s so beautiful to boot.
I was always amused that Guzzi used the decals from a red bike on black bikes and many saw it as a feature not a fault. Who knows whether Guzzi saw it the same way or whether they were just too lazy to buy stickers with black background.

Like others have stated asking is too high. For less I'd sell mine with lower mileage.

If it was in OZ it would sell all day every day for around that price. Most of them locally have had the snot ridden out of them.

its super handy that these bikes have the entire shop manual conveniently printed on the swingarm
