Keep as is

Repaint

Cafe it

Bobber it

Chop it

Oval race it

A blank slate nobody wants at 7800 miles its just starting to smooth out

Needs nothing

I like mine! Narrowing the bar width transformed the seating for me, by bringing my back and chest forward. I’m looking to have the seat rebuilt 1” up and 1” back

Agree, it looks to be priced right.

But, whats with the “custom” gas tank paint?

The ad says “PO did it”…about the gas tank

Don’t they all? I’d like to meet this PO everyone talks about….he gets around the universe

Chuck.

That is funny. I’ve never understood the logic of blaming any drops or flaws on the “previous owner”. The buyer really doesn’t care who did what happened.

I am of the habit of asking many straightforward questions that force the seller to either be truthful, or outright lie to my face rather than just participating in the lie of omission.  Many are not prepared to outright lie and will stumble or contradict themselves.

Blaming imperfections on the previous owner stops many from drilling down for more details.

Wouldn't look too bad with a solo seat if you could get one.

I would be concerned about how the dents on top of the tank got there, and what the inside of the tank looks like.

twowheel,
what straightforward question would you ask this seller to reveal hidden secrets on this bike?
something like:
" Have you stopped running over beavers with this motorcycle, yet?"
or
"Where were you on the night that the PO painted those suspicious gray areas on the tank?"
