Title: Rejetting needs?

Our NM house is going to be right at 7,000 ft. elevation and the general area is all above 5,000. Where I live now is around 1,600. The T-3's 36mm carbs have 135 mains, second needle slot and 54 idle jets.
Any advice on changes for the altitude?

I'm in Santa Fe and finally getting the carbs on my Convert dialed in. 45 pilots; 128 mains; #60 slides; needles in the middle position.
