Why is a Harley even on the top ten list?? 100 mph top speed and slower to 60 mph than a Toyota Corolla😂
Ok it is in last place for fastest and quickest.
The Kawasaki 1400 Concourse Police should be on the list.
Years ago I spoke with New Mexico hwy patrol on the big Kawasaki police bike, the officers loved it. They also told me for parade duty they have a couple Harley police bikes because that’s what the public ‘think’ the police should be on but they hated riding them after getting off the Kawasaki.
Police here have R1250RTP and a few Harleys for VIP escort duty.

The tribal police in Arizona uses Kawasaki 1400s on some of their reservations, I know the Tohono O dham just west of Tucson has them. Most Ive seen are dark blue.

The 'Busas were taken from criminals via forfeitures. They were largely PR for social events.
as for the point from another comment: Perhaps the reason that Harley was on the list is that few motorcycles are on the list in the first place. Although I don't believe Corrolla remark.
I'd say most of the bikes were chosen based on economics rather than out & out performance. That's from a former Civil Service perspective.

Correction: Harley Davidson Road King Police according to the video claims 0 to 60 in 5 seconds.
Toyota CAMRY (not Corolla, My bad) either 4 cyl XSE or 6 cyl XLE claims 0 to 60 in 5.1 seconds, let’s call it a draw.
My original point being why include a Harley Davidson Road King Police in the top 10 fastest police bikes when the Kawasaki Concourse Police is not even included.

Owning a Honda Accord and driven a Camry TRD, I'm calling BS on that one. 5.1? Sure. In someone's dreams. I'm sure the 'yotta might take top end but not to 60, sorry. Not credible to me.
And I'm the guy that likes dis Harleys, so that's my old job here, just leave it to me from now on.. :evil:
