I reckon she’s good.
I think she connects well with the normal person, clearly a nicely accomplished rider without leaving newer riders overawed by her ability.
Newer riders (male or female), would be encouraged by her down to earth personality. That’s a nice looking bike in motion too.

I think she is close to average American, am I right?

Nah mate....
I luv youse all... :thumb:
Seriously though Dan.
She seems to present herself as an ordinary rider like most of us, if I was starting out I’d pay attention to her opinions.

I agree my friend. I thought she did a great job offering a review of that particular motorcycle 👍

It’s a nice looking thing isn’t it ?

I saw this when she first posted it and I thought she did a good job. I like her style. :thumb:

One of the most enjoyable motorcycle reviews I've watched on YouTube! I think my thoughts about my 'final' bike being a Kaw W800 may have just been changed. I think this V7 850 (wire wheels, in blue) would work really nicely for me. That leaves me with a couple of bikes to sell, first. Got all winter to do that. Maybe a phone call to Cadre is in order.

I thought is was fun too, she seemed really to like the qualites of a good Moto Guzzi.
But I think I may have given her too much credit. After she raved about the v7, she never mentioned it again. And in watching further video by her, she seems much more into what company can get her the most. She does a fair amount of over the top gushing over whatever M/C paid her way.
She thought the v7 was the bomb, but does she have one? Does she even wish she had one, ask Indian maybe?

I hope you’re wrong Chad, but I’m tending your way a bit.
A bit of well founded constructive criticism would be good for balance, but I think her strength is staying away from the well worn blood and guts analysis of the machine and instead, showing what a normally skilled rider will find approachable in the V7.
Being a lady rider may put some potential female riders’ concerns to rest...(and some guys).
I’d like to read Guzzi Gal’s impressions as a long(er) term owner.
She’s a solidly skilled rider who has had one long enough for the honeymoon period to expire.

Easy there, tiger...try downshifting from Overthink to 5th

I enjoyed her review, of course she sings the praises of whatever she is riding, she wouldn't get many rides if she dissed the bike.
Actually we know the V7 is a good bike, even a regular V7 is a great ride, I can only imagine how good the 850 is.

Update - I just read this on being a motorcycle journo I thought it was really interesting.
"Being flown all over the place to ride some of the world’s most beautiful motorcycles may seem like the stuff of dreams to many, but somewhat surprisingly, it ain’t. For all the delightful, chocolate-dipped, champagne-quaffing upsides, there’s an equal amount of responsibility and straight up bullshit that comes with it. Learning how to navigate this two-wheeled minefield takes more than a few years and half a brain to master. It could quite literally take you a lifetime"
I can just imagine what this young lady has to put up with.

I will agree with Chad 100% on this observation. When her videos came across my feed she was just some Harley girl who would yabber on while riding her bike. Not much to see or hear. Then she started getting invited to motorcycle launches and you could quickly tell she knew nothing about the bikes she was reviewing. I stopped watching after that.
